What is Your Set up charge?
We do not charge for set up.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no extra fee for small orders, even for one piece. However, for large orders, there may be some price discounts that apply at appropriate break points. Each order is unique, and appropriate discounts, if applicable, would be determined by the details of the order.
What’s your return policy?
Cutom orders are not generally returnable.
Obvious mistakes, such as misspelling of names, will be corrected at no charge if it was our error. Misspellings caused by providing us with incorrect information will be corrected with a charge.
Do you ship OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCAL AREA?
Yes, although our primary area of business is the Illinois Valley, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
What is your lead time for a project?
Our normal lead time is 2 weeks. Because we do custom work, each project must be designed, digitized, and executed after the conceptual design is finalized. We do not have off-the-shelf, pre-made items on hand. If a faster delivery time is is required the following premium charges apply:
Delivery within 7 days of ordering: 50% premium applied.
Delivery between 8-14 days of ordering: 25% premium applied.
Our ability to accept rush orders depends on our workload at the time of order.
